The World Calisthenics Organization (WCO) is dedicated to promoting and advancing the sport of calisthenics. Established in 2012, the WCO has been working tirelessly to build a community of athletes and enthusiasts who share a passion for Fitness. The WCO organizes events, competitions, and training workshops, providing a platform for athletes to showcase their skills and connect with others in the community. With a focus on health, wellness and community building, the WCO is dedicated to helping people of all ages and abilities experience the benefits of calisthenics.

Level 1 Calisthenics Foundations - Trainer Certification

Our Level 1 Program will cover the basics of Calisthenics training in the means of building functional strength, muscle mass and overall fitness. The mastery of one’s body translates into a healthier, stronger, sustainable lifestyle which promotes longevity. The development of joint strength, core strength, and neurological efficiency are all benefits that come with the proper training of calisthenics.


There will be 4 main categories of exercises where we will be targeting specific movement patterns, they are
Push, Pull, Core, and Legs. Combining all 4 categories is what creates your 3D training program. As a Calisthenics beginner or when coaching a beginner, it is necessary to master these 4 categories to build a solid foundation, preparing you to learn skills with efficiency and ease.

- Learn at your own rate/ Take your exam when you are ready, all online!

- Certificate of Completion as a WCO level 1 Coach MUST pass exam with 90% or higher

- Once you have passed your quiz, you will receive your Standard certificate of completion (PDF) - If you would like to receive an Official Certificate Of Completion.
